Print & Design Requests

This form should primarily be used for the ordering of design and/or print projects that are traditionally designed to be printed on paper (i.e. booklets, brochures, postcards, envelopes, posters, programs, signs, etc.). These materials may be printed in-house by Creative Services, sent to an off-campus vendor. Any projects ordered as a sticker or mailing label should also be submitted through this form.

If you are not sure this is the right request for your project, please check out our other design request forms:

  • Digital Requests (email campaigns, web edits, submit a faculty profile)
  • Design Only Form (specialty projects ordered through off-campus vendors as well as other off-campus orders such as event/department merchandise, banners, backdrops, travel materials, etc.)
  • Marketing Materials Request Form (for ordering blank packs of paper and envelopes as well as already printed publications and AU branded materials)

 

Please Note: 

We have updated some of our processes due to a higher intake of projects as of July 2023. Some of these updates include:

  • We are no longer taking personal print jobs. However, if your print is for a class project please reach out to our office for options.
  • Please provide final copy upon the submission of your request. If you submit your project without final copy, we cannot guarantee an efficient turnaround time for the completion of your job.

If you need to see a proof of your request before it is printed/sent to the printer please fill out this date. Please leave a minimum of 2 business days between date of submission on this date.

By checking this box, you are confirming that the content/copy you are providing upon the submission of your request is final (already edited and approved by you and/or your team members).

As noted above, we are NO longer taking personal print jobs and cannot take cash or card as a form of payment.

Projects submitted without the proper cost center information may not be processed correctly.
