To better serve the campus community and allow our colleagues to monitor the progress of their work request, the Office of Marketing and Communication has updated our online project management system.
To submit a ticket via AU Content (aucontent.com), users should create a profile using their AU email address and unique password. Once that’s complete, you will be able to submit your request and, more importantly, monitor its progress.
